A beloved UC Santa Cruz tradition, Boardwalk Frolic gives students exclusive access to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

Admission includes unlimited rides (with 18 rides open), free arcade play in the Casino Arcade, Neptune’s Kingdom, and Funland Arcade (excluding redemption games), as well as free mini golf, laser tag, Fright Walk, and the laser maze. Each ticket also comes with a $10 MyBoardwalk Card valid for food, games, and retail, plus free parking and free valet.

A high school homecoming dance held on-site at James Logan High School on their football field. Also included photobooths and other photo ops, food trucks, and outdoor games.

A hands-on educational event promoting electric vehicles (EVs) and home electrification, hosted by the City of Millbrae in partnership with the County of San Mateo and Peninsula Clean Energy.

Attendees explored various EV vehicle models brought by local owners who were on-site to share their personal experiences with buying, driving, and charging their vehicles. Partner orgs had informational booths that offered resources, incentives, and technical support.

Tully Road Eastridge Business Association (TREBA) launched its 1st ever TREBA Night Market, in collaboration with San José Made and Moveable Feast. 100% of the funds raised from the event went to Canine Companions, Yelp’s non-profit partner (501c3).

Canine Companions is a national organization based in the Bay Area, that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained service dogs at no charge to the recipient.
